As you know, the winter season can become a cold period. Why don’t we prepare ourselves well for it? With that in mind, the need to feed our bodies with the right nutrients is important. So! Start your day with a good and well balanced breakfast before you step out and make your way down to the gym. If you are a fan of oats, you’ll love this one.
Eat 70 minutes before training.
30gm Oats
30gm Quinoa Flakes
Half a banana
Half a handful of blueberries
100gm low-fat yoghurt
Cinnamon
Step 1: Place the oats, quinoa flakes, banana and blueberries in a pan and cover with water.
Step 2: Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes adding more liquid if it becomes too thick.
Step 3: Place in a dish, top with the yoghurt and sprinkle over cinnamon to taste.
There you have it! BONN APPETITE!
